Margarita's helpfulness and flexibility, allowing early check-in and providing key information through WhatsApp. Convenient location, close to ATM machines, taxi rank, and Monkey Beach Club, making it easy to explore the area. Exceptionally clean apartment with a pleasant aroma, surpassing hotel standards. Useful amenities such as a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen, making the stay more convenient. Balcony with late sun exposure, perfect for relaxation before dinner. Reasonable taxi fares to nearby attractions like Safari center, Los Cristianos, and Fanabe market. Thoughtful welcome gesture including a large bottle of water, cava, teas, coffees, and snacks. Abundance of towels, toiletries, cleaning items, and even beach towels and a bodyboard. Entertainment options like Netflix and Spotify for rainy days. Margarita's generosity and helpful suggestions for exploring the island and local restaurants. Exceeded expectations in terms of apartment facilities, including a washing machine and British TV channels. Convenient location for walking to central Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Adeje, and La Caletta. Easy access to the bus station for transport to Tenerife South Airport. Overall perfect holiday experience with kindness, assistance, and comfort provided by the owner. Strong recommendation to stay in this apartment for future visits.

Had a fabulous time at this apartment with a pool, beachfront location, and free WiFi. Even got towels! Perfect for hiking and cycling.
Oh, I just loved paying a surprise £300 deposit upfront and dealing with strict neighbors when playing cards on the balcony at 9.30pm. So relaxing!

The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-equipped, and even had beach towels and a body board. The owner, Margarita, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us great tips to explore the island and recommending local restaurants. The location was also perfect, with ATM machines, a taxi rank, and the beach club just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, soaking up the sun until late in the evening.
There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. we were caught off guard by the upfront deposit of £300, which we hadn't budgeted for.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The apartment was great, especially the view of the ocean while enjoying the free WiFi. The towels were a nice touch too, very handy for drying off after a dip in the shared pool.
Who needs a pool bar and music? Who needs it?

The location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. the apartment is well-furnished and equipped with a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with British channels. Guests also praised the comfortable rooms and the warm welcome from the host, who provided thoughtful touches like Cava, tea, coffee, and snacks.
The apartment lacks a pool bar and music, but given the close proximity to other entertainment options, this is not a major drawback.
